NanoComposix silica coated silver nanoparticles are:

  • Unagglomerated and monodisperse
  • Available with silver cores ranging from 30-100 nm in diameter
  • Available with silica shell thicknesses between  8-100 nm
  • Available with standard and amine-terminated surfaces

The silica shell increases stability in a wide range of solvents and provides a versatile conjugation surface.  Three sizes are available as stock products (50, 80, and 100 nm cores with 25 nm thick shells) with other sizes and shell thicknesses available on request.
