Matrix Assisted Laser Desoption Ionization (MALDI) time-of-flight Mass Spectrometry Imaging: MALDI-tof-MS is a technique for ionizing small to large organic analytes and biomolecules into the gas phase with minimal fragmentation and their subsequent separation/detection using a time-of-flight mass analyzer. This allows the accurate molecular weight measurement of small to large biomolecules from simple to complex samples to be measured. We offer services for both MALDI tissue imaging and more routine protein/peptide and polymer mass analysis. |
